Kiss Gradation Polishes Step 3

Step 3 is a sheer black jelly with tiny holographic glitter and larger silver hex glitter pieces. It's part of the new Kiss Gradation Polish kits that come with 3 polishes and instructions to create a gradient manicure. The other 2 polishes are a black pearl and a white pearl which I'm not sure I'm going to use.
