NOTD- Glitter Tips

Got inspired by Nail Blog... this look is a little bit different though. I went for a darker base color and skipped the flakes. As pretty as they are they never lay flat and catch on EVERYTHING, thus driving me nuts.

NOTD- Holographic Vinyl Record

I love holographic polishes, they're super eye catching! This NOTD is not created with a single blue holographic polish. Instead I have combined Kleancolor Holo Blue and LA Girl Vinyl Record from the Disco Brites collection.

NOTD- Toxic Cotton Candy

Petites 580 Daze with LA Girl Glitter Addict Uninhibited on top. Daze is a nice bright metallic chartreuse. It's thin so that's about 4 coats there. Uninhibited is a black glitter that has really small round glitter and slightly larger hex glitter. It applies a bit dense so I was careful to apply it thin enough to not overwhelm the base color.

On the index finger is Milani Neon 507 Pink Hottie with Laquistry Cotton Candy on top. Pink Hottie is a nice bright light pink, it's fairly opaque but takes at least 3 coats to get rid of visible nail line. The Laquistry polish is gorgeous, small blue glitter and multiple sizes of bright metallic pink hex glitter. I'm going to try this on a blue base next.
